     Denise Richards and Kourtney Kardashian go head to head in UsWeekly's Who Wore It Best. Both wore Blaque Label's Electric Blue strapless dress with a hanky hem but according to UsWeekly readers (as of 11/13/11 4:03PM EST) Kourtney rocked it with 66% of the votes.

     While the dress flatters both ladies' bodies its a matter of accessorizing that seems to have worked in Koutrney's favor. Hi-low hems can be tricky to wear. As high hems normally do, the shorter part of the dress can add height but the longer part may contradict that. The best kind of shoe is the kind of platform pump that KK opted for here to elongate her legs. A peep toe shoe can work but Kourtney's choice in print and color again wins her points. Going for a print can give a simple dress like this pop and pizazz. And pairing a more muted print, like the python print you see here, instead of a WILD leopard print, with such a electric blue gives the outfit a subtle pop instead of a loud one. Another smart move was KK's choice for her purse. Instead of a matching python print purse, she goes for a simple black purse to finish off the look. 

Denise's look isn't terrible. A black shoe definitely works with this outfit but its not as inspired and unique as Kourtney's. Sorry Denise, Kourtney wins this round
