Before 2011 we saw a tamer version of the ostrich skirt in flapper dresses but that was about it well, besides of course on Dancing with the Stars. But now this way out there trend is being incorporated into the everyday wardrobe. There are dress options but if you'd like only a small helping of this trend--which is completely understandable, since it's a lot of look--go for the mini ostrich skirt. Stay safe with neutral colors or your plane jane black. Finish off the look with a simple bustier, a blazer and some gold statement jewelry...  if, that is, you're brave enough.
